Why we started

My name is Junfei Jiang, and I am an industrial designer. In 2015, due to prolonged sitting in my design work, I developed cervical spondylosis and experienced long periods of pain. Over the next two to three years, I tried various products and solutions on the market, but I couldn't find a satisfactory solution. I began to wonder why there were no products on the market that could provide a satisfying experience and results. As an industrial designer, I felt that there was still a lot of room for improvement in this field. So, in 2018, I started conceptualizing and designing a neck product that better aligns with ergonomic principles.

We believe innovation can change

After three months of consistent use, I discovered that this product has made a tremendous difference for me. I use it frequently during work, driving, and leisure activities. Gradually, my cervical spine is no longer under excessive pressure, and the pain in my neck has decreased. I realized that there are many people out there who have encountered the same problem as me. I started thinking that if you haven't developed cervical spondylosis or other chronic orthopedic conditions, you would never bother to learn about these conditions or the products used to treat them. Once you develop a chronic orthopedic condition, you realize that you know nothing about it, and you find yourself going through a lot of trial and error. It's like being a primary school student, starting from scratch and feeling lost. You might even end up purchasing products with poor design, causing further harm to your body.

For a better future

With the recognition and willingness of some of my friends who suffer from cervical spondylosis to purchase my improved neck product, I felt their approval of my product improvements. Combined with my own experience of having cervical spondylosis, I have a deep understanding of the demand for such products. Therefore, in early 2019, I made the decision to end my career in children's toys and redirect my research and development efforts into the field that benefits people with chronic orthopedic conditions. After several years of continuous innovation and development, we have created multiple products that provide a better user experience. In the future, we will continue to provide people with products that embody better sensory experiences and greater innovation.
